Due to the made-to-order nature of our brand, we do not offer returns or exchanges on handbags. Please contact info@santosbymonica.com with any questions about specific items and we will be happy to send more pictures or videos of said item.

Orders are processed, inspected and shipped from our offices in Brooklyn, New York.
All of our items are made-to-order and require 7-14 business days to complete. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
