Our collections feature two innovative materials: cactus leather for our handbags, sourced in partnership with Desserto, and TENCEL for our clothing line. These eco-friendly choices reflect our commitment to both style and environmental responsibility.

Our handbags showcase the versatility of cactus leather, a vegan alternative that's as durable as it is beautiful. For our ready-to-wear line, we use 100% TENCEL, derived from sustainably managed eucalyptus forests. Both materials significantly reduce water usage and environmental impact compared to traditional options.

Every Santos by Monica piece is thoughtfully handcrafted between New York City and Mexico. While NYC remains local to us, producing in Mexico allows us to keep production near our cactus leather supplier, reducing the carbon footprint by eliminating the need to ship raw materials internationally.
